New format for anime. Edited/Added (Easier to Navigate)
Welcome to the new anime series that I will be watching, this will be more of a commentary of sorts and anything else I want to add. I will screen shot certain scenes as I watch the anime and put my thoughts below. These should be short but I will make them longer depending on how much commentary I want to write. Hope you enjoy!
What now? What is going on? So her name is Iri? I can not spell the guys name at all. I’m guessing that the baby will be our main character? Secretive father, whats knew? Though I think it be best if you run away Iri, he is handing you death flags right there. I will be surprised if you survive the series to be honest. I have to say I do like her eyes, I’m not sure why. Maybe because red eyes usually are for the bad guys but they somehow make hers look really caring and pretty.
I am a little unsettled at how white everything looks, I don’t know, I guess I don’t like those type of surroundings and it makes everything feel fake, to perfect, to shiny. Despite the blizzard I can really imagine this castle being surrounded by darkness but maybe thats just me. The scene before that confused to to no end so I can’t wait to know more, like what battle? Are they like royalty? I assume they both are incredibly rich and/or important to be living in somewhere like that. I do like that they both seem good hearted and I wanted to give the guy a hug when he basically said he doesn’t deserve to hold his daughter, of course you do random stranger- who- I-have- no- clue- about- the- past- and-its- most- probably- something- horrific- by- the- way- he- is- talking- but- I-don’t- care, hug your daughter man! YES, thank you.
The guy who is pouring the cup, I am calling it now that his a bad guy, mainly because of this imagery. You can not tell me that this wine does not look at all like blood. I would not be surprised if he turned out to be some kind of vampire and the way he is talking is making me uncomfortable. Oh that means that symbol on the fathers hand earler means something and not just some cool character design, symbolism type thing? Cool!
Are they seriously circling him like sharks? Leave him alone! Have they read the how to be a bad guy mantel 101? Though this is getting interesting. So I gather that they are going to team up in secret and kill the other “masters” whatever that means. They are doing to to stop the other masters from reaching the Holy Grail which can grant them wishes? Yeah this is probably completely wrong but this is what I am getting at the moment.
Crest worms? What the? I’m guessing that its nothing good. Anything that is called Crest Worms can’t be good. So he is offering himself to fight instead of doing whatever they are doing to that women, I’m not sure what the relationship between them yet is. I assume it’ll be giving him problems in the future once his somehow gained power from them.
This evil guy is his dad? Bloody hell. So these are the crest worms? What the hell? They are so creepy. I have no idea how those worms work, how does them “breeding” make you magically stronger? So strange. I assumed that he’d be injected with some kind of worms so they’d be inside him or something like that, not that he’d have to lie in them, they remind me of cockroaches, ugh. Well his reason to find the Holy Grail seems definitely better than the other guys but doesn’t he have to be like chosen first and have one of those odd markings on his hand? I’m confused.
Another main character I guess? Or supporting character. We either have a lot of main characters or our actual protagonist hasn’t shown themselves yet. Oooh interesting so this anime probably will have a lot of class issues going on due to blood line and the way magic develops. I wonder which ones right, I hope the character that wrote the essay is right but then why would the bloodline generation thing be a problem if anyone could get really powerful with the right training? That package or/and book looks important, please read it or/and open it!
You’re getting yourself into a lot of trouble kid, I hope you really are very talented or you may die very soon. I have a feeling that trying to become one of the chosen ones is going to be lot harder than you think. All the servants look so awesome, I wonder which one he will get?
Ooh, so that is the assassin servant? Nice! This even more confirms that you are someone I don’t want getting the Holy Grail, mmmm, I wonder if he’ll kill one of the supporting characters that I’ll get to know or main character that is. Anyway I hope you lose and get yourself killed. Is it me or do so far most of the guys in this anime names begin with K? Whats up with that? Those drawings in the room also look fascinating, they look a bit like wings. 
I remembered his name! Yes! This guys name is Kirei, for the life of me I will not be able to remember his other name and the only other person I remember their name so far is the women Iri. Anyway I really love this back and forth, what a way to do exposition! Love it! I seriously can’t wait to find out who the other masters are. I love how they are both so confused by each other but seem similar at the same time. Both assuming the worst about each other I see. Despite all the assassinations I am still rooting for the guy with Iri. I wonder how powerful Iri is and if she’ll have more spot light at some point or is she just the “love interest”? 
Bloody hell! I didn’t realise that was him at first, I thought we were being introduced to a new master. Well looks like he has been chosen but I wish I knew how it happens. Well I was definitely right about thinking those worms wouldn’t be good for him. He was in there for a whole year? What?! I had no idea they were going to go inside him like that! So creepy. And also what a crappy father. You’ve got extra magic from this right? Please get revenge on your father at some point, he deserves it! Also please don’t die…
It’ll be quite funny if he doesn’t end up with King Arthur like he is expecting. Yay I know that his a good guy despite the assassination details. I really love the look of this weapon also. The fact they all have different reasons to why they want to do this and the way this anime is giving the characters a lot of time to shine is great. Why did I not watch this anime sooner? Also the King Arthur servant surprised me, does that mean a lot of this or some will be based a little on the King Arthur myths like Seven Deadly Sins? Cool.
See, Rin! Isn’t that a easy name to remember? Yes! I wonder if she’ll be a main character in the future? I though she was his daughter at first, ha. I hope she is in the story more! I like her! Did not expect that creepy guy to be her father though. She is so cute and I love her attitude. The light shining behind them also makes it so maybe they could be Kirei’s reason for staying alive, protecting her husband and his daughter. Or who knows, he might fail and the girl could grow up and try and get revenge on Kirei for failing to protect her father.
This is getting epic, so far my two favourite masters are the guy with silver hair because of the worms, I think he deserves the Grail because he is basically sacrificing himself to save that girl and I assume a women that I heard about in the beginning. Though I also want the guy above to get it because I think he has some great ideas about what to do with the wish and could do the world a lot of good, especially as his ideals are probably what helped her fall in love with him despite what his done, so they must be good and powerful. Though I am very worried about what the power “madness” means. What is the silver hair dude doing? Also the music is getting epic so I can’t wait.
I love this! Who is it? Is this Arthur and it turns out she is a women? Or is she someone completely different? I can’t wait to find out! This is so interesting! I seriously want to find out who got what Servants, though I was surprised that the guy with Kerei did the summoning, I thought he already had a servant? The assassin? Mmmm, I might be getting confused but I can’t wait to learn and watch more!

You have quite pretty eyes, you don’t seem evil either so I hope you don’t die, though I am interested in who your master is.
Yes! The movements seem really good so far, I can actually see whats happening unlike other anime’s where they make their movements to quick to see properly. Also the music is interesting, it works really well with the fight but not at a fast pace like I expected.
I am liking him less and less ever since since he seems to have cheated on Iri. What the hell is that supposed to mean? It feels rather patronising, maybe he really is looking down on Saber because she’s a women.
. Huh? I did not notice that before, is there a reason her sword seems to be invisible? It looks kind of strange. I also did think she’d be better than this? But I guess she’s facing a strong opponent, I seriously want to learn who he is though.
. Well good game plan at least, I guess?
So the assassin I’m assuming is from the darkness or shadow whatever that was last episode…I think. And ha, your minions been spotted already, to bad for you 😛

She is a homunculas, what?! So she’s an artificial created human? Or am I just thinking about full metal alchemist brotherhood to much?I thought you just said that Assassin was in your blind spot? How are you meant to attack him? Oh! Okay, right so she can use wind magic now? I wonder what other magic she can use?
It seems like you’ve underestimated him idiot, though if you haven’t and it turns out you can destroy this guy no problem like some animes where it lets you believe the hero of the story is getting beaten when it turns out they can destroy their enemy easily though if thats the case then why that expression?
I will be shocked if this plan works, number one rule in all shows if you talk about your plan or the viewers sees a flashback like this then it most probably is not going to go how you want it to.
This was a surprise…. note my sarcasm, why did you think that blow was going to miss its mark? You’ve already seen and felt how good he is? Why expect him to make a mistake now? 
oh yeah, healing powers, I may have forgotten about that, at least she doesn’t have to worry so much about being injured with a healer at her side.
Oh okay, forget what I said, I guess this explains why she thought her plan would work but I suppose that means her armour is magically “strong” as well or is it like, just really thick armour. 
Wow okay can I have that spear then and that armour? Mind if I borrow them? Now those are some pretty useful weapons and tools are your disposal. Gimme!
Love the fast paced music, the fighting style is really animated well. I’m not sure if I mentioned that I really love the fact that they both seem respectful towards each other. Instead of the first enemy she faces being a massive dick. I guess it makes sense that she’d take away her armour, its not exactly useful at the moment.
Not really as I doubt you’d be able to take them all down in one swoop, the hunting them down individually makes more sense to me to be honest.
Yeah I agree with Waver on this one, I think your servants being a idiot here. Dam honour, you could die, does someone need to hit that into your thick skull, maybe Saber?
Apart from the fact this isn’t a conquest dude! You’re trying to kill them all, not take over a part of land with a army.
Oooh, can I have that spear as well? Very cool weapons here. It seems this guy isn’t going to die any time soon or we wouldn’t be learning so much about him. I like him a lot more than his master, who can’t seem to understand the meaning of respect and honour in battle. I don’t mind it being shown as long as its not a problem that gets them killed, like I was thinking about with Waver and Rider.
You know what, never mind what I said, now is a great time to intervene Rider! I don’t want either of them to die!
Now that is a epic entrance! Yes! Thank you for listening to me show! Ha. I love how Waver and Rider have two completely different expressions on their faces, they’re defiantly a fun pair to watch, just make sure you don’t die. Its only been a couple of episodes and I am already confused about who to root for, ha. 
This is amazing. love the music to go with it. Though at the same time, I know how you feel Waver, haha. I’m starting to feel sorry for the kid. He did get himself into this mess but at the same time it feels like he is being dragged along for the ride. Get it? Ride, Rider, yeah….I won’t try that again.
Last Sentence Take Away:
Well I won’t be remembering Rider and Lancers name any time soon. I don’t think I’ve ever watched a serious fight (aiming to kill each other) that was this well mannered and respectful to each other, well done.

This is so cute! I am assuming because of her looks she is his and Iri’s daughter? I love how he is in all black but she stands out with her purple clothes in the woods. It also makes me feel sad because of how innocent she is and what’ll happen when she finds out her father does, though I am really happy he is spending quality time with his daughter. A lot more happy and navie compared to Rin but I think I’m falling in love them both.
